This was my first visit to Automotive Authority and I was impressed. On Saturday, I had 4 new tires installed at a Pep Boys in Hampton and they informed me I had an inner tire rod that was causing them to not be able to align my vehicle. I did not believe them. So on Tuesday I took my vehicle to AA and they aligned my vehicle with no problems. It is a shame that Pep Boys was trying to do a repair that was not warranted, and I appreciate the quick and honest repair from AA.

Management and staff were very friendly and professional. They greeted me upon entering the door and immediately addressed my request for a state inspection. In addition, they provided me with a viable option for windshield replacement on a second vehicle which saved me approximately $900. The service was timely and delivered as promised on both vehicles.
